Overview

Facebook scheduling for the Page your customers check

For many local businesses the Facebook Page is where customers look for opening hours, news and offers, and a Page that stopped posting months ago looks closed. Scheduling Facebook posts with Brandlyre keeps it current without a daily login. Connect the Page you manage, plan a week of posts on one calendar, and Brandlyre publishes each one at its time through Facebook's official API. Copy is written for Facebook's readers, a little longer and more conversational than a caption for Instagram, and it can carry several photos or none at all.

Calendar

See the whole month at a glance

Every post for your Page sits on one calendar with your other channels. Gaps are easy to spot, and moving a post to another day is a drag.

Stories

Page Stories, scheduled ahead

Schedule a Story for your Page the same way as a post: one vertical image, published at the time you set and gone 24 hours later.

Your history

Your Page's past posts, imported

Brandlyre imports up to a year of the posts already on your Page, as many as 200, and learns from them. The suggestions you get follow what your Page actually publishes, not a generic template.

How it works

Three steps to a Page that keeps posting

  1. 1

    Connect your Page

Log in with Facebook and choose the Page you manage.

  2. 2

    Fill the calendar

Write posts or ask for drafts, with or without photos.

  3. 3

    Schedule and step away

Each post publishes on your Page at its time.

What you can post

What you can publish to Facebook

Facebook is the most forgiving network about media: a Page post can be words alone.

Format Details
Post Text on its own, or text with up to ten photos.
Story Exactly one image, shown on your Page for 24 hours.

What you need

Tips

Tips for posting on a Facebook Page

01

Answer the questions people ask you

Opening hours over a holiday, parking, how to book: if customers ask it on the phone, it is a good post. It also keeps your Page useful when someone lands on it from a search.

02

Show the people

A photo of the team, a regular customer (with permission) or the person who made the product gets more warmth than a stock image.

03

Write like you talk

Facebook readers expect a few sentences, not a slogan. Tell the small story behind the post.

04

Ask for something specific

Instead of "let us know what you think", ask a question with an easy answer: which of the two, what time suits you, who should we thank.

FAQ

Facebook and Brandlyre: your questions

Can I schedule posts to a Facebook Page for free?

Yes. You start with 100 free credits and no card. Publishing never uses credits. They are spent when Brandlyre's AI does work for you: writing copy, creating an image or describing a photo you upload.

Can Brandlyre post to my personal Facebook profile or a Group?

No. Facebook only allows apps to publish to Pages, so Brandlyre publishes to a Page you manage.

Can I schedule Facebook Stories?

Yes. A Page Story is one image, and you schedule it like any other post.

How many photos can one post have?

Up to ten. A Facebook post can also have no photo at all, which suits announcements and quick updates.

I manage several Pages. How does that work?

Each brand in Brandlyre publishes to one Facebook Page. Create a brand for each Page, and each one keeps its own voice, calendar and library.

What happens to the posts already on my Page?

Brandlyre imports up to a year of them, as many as 200, and shows them on your calendar as published. They stay exactly as they are on Facebook.

If I delete a post in Brandlyre, is it removed from Facebook?

Yes. Deleting a published post from Brandlyre also deletes it from your Page, so the two stay in step.
