WooCommerce integration

Your WooCommerce shop, ready to post about

Brandlyre imports your WooCommerce products, with photos and prices, and turns them into social posts in your brand voice.

Free to start with 100 credits. No card needed.

Overview

From WooCommerce catalogue to social posts, without a plugin

If your shop runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, Brandlyre can read your products without you installing anything. It uses the public Store API that WooCommerce includes, the same one your shop's own pages use, so there is no plugin to add, no API key to generate and no access to orders or customers. Your products join your brand profile with their names, prices and photos. When you write a post you can pick one, and Brandlyre attaches the photo and writes about the product in your voice, for every channel you publish to.

Import

Products in, photos in the library

Each import brings in up to 50 products. Their photos land in a "Products" folder in your library, ready for any post.

Product posts

A post about a real product in seconds

Pick a product in the post editor and Brandlyre attaches its photo, fills in the topic and writes copy that mentions it.

Brand voice

Your shop's voice on every channel

The same product gets a caption for Instagram, a longer post for Facebook and a short one for X, each in the voice you set for your brand.

How it works

Three steps from shop to social

  1. 1

    Use your shop's address

Set your WooCommerce site as your brand's website.

  2. 2

    Import products

Brandlyre reads them from your shop and saves the photos.

  3. 3

    Create posts

Pick a product, check the copy and schedule it.

What you can post

What you need

  • A WooCommerce shop whose Store API can be reached from outside. Some security plugins block it.
  • Your shop's address set as your brand's website in Brandlyre.

Not supported yet

  • Automatic syncing. Run the import again after you change your catalogue.
  • More than 50 products per import, or 200 per brand.

Tips

Tips for promoting WooCommerce products on social media

01

Lead with the photo

On social the picture sells first. If your product photos are plain packshots, add a few lifestyle photos to your library too.

02

Tell the story behind the product

Who makes it, why you chose it, what problem it solves: the story your product page has no room for is a good post.

03

Feature what you want to sell

Mark products as featured in Brandlyre so they come first when posts are planned.

04

Keep the catalogue current

When you add a collection or change prices, run the import again so your posts never mention an old price.

FAQ

WooCommerce and Brandlyre: your questions

Do I need a WooCommerce plugin or API key?

No. Brandlyre reads your products from the Store API built into WooCommerce, the public one your shop pages already use. There is nothing to install or configure.

What if my Store API is blocked?

Brandlyre then looks for standard product markup on your homepage, which many themes add. If neither is available, you can add products by hand.

Can Brandlyre see my orders or customers?

No. It reads public product information only, and has no access to your WordPress admin.

How many products are imported?

Up to 50 each time, and up to 200 per brand. Products you have edited in Brandlyre are never overwritten.

How do I update prices or add new products?

Run the import again from your brand page with "Find products on website". Brandlyre does not sync automatically.

Does it cost credits to import products?

No. Importing involves no AI, so it does not use credits.
