Overview

Threads scheduling that keeps your voice

Threads rewards brands that sound like people: short, direct, a bit informal. That is easy for one post and hard to keep up every day. Scheduling Threads posts with Brandlyre lets you write a week of them in one go and publish them at sensible times. Brandlyre writes the Threads version of each post within the 500-character limit, in your brand voice rather than a marketing register, and you can add images or turn a set of them into a carousel. Then it publishes through Threads' official API at the time you chose.

Brand voice

Short, and still yours

The Threads version of a post is written to fit Threads: under 500 characters, conversational, no press-release phrasing. Your tone settings carry across every network.

Carousels

Image carousels on Threads

Add two to twenty images to a post and they appear as a swipeable carousel. A post can also be words alone.

Your history

It starts from what you have posted

Brandlyre imports up to a year of your Threads posts, as many as 200, so your calendar shows the full picture and new ideas build on what you already say.

Tips

Tips for posting on Threads

01

Write a sentence, not a slogan

Threads reads like a conversation. A clear opinion or a real question gets further than a polished tagline.

02

Post more often, and shorter

Several small posts a week suit Threads better than one long one. Scheduling makes that rhythm realistic.

03

Show the work in progress

Half-finished projects, a decision you are weighing, a behind-the-scenes photo: Threads is the place for things that are not ready for the grid.

04

Come back for the replies

The posting is automated, the conversation is not. Check in an hour after a post goes out and answer people.

FAQ

Threads and Brandlyre: your questions

Can I schedule posts on Threads?

Yes. Connect your Threads profile, write or generate posts, and Brandlyre publishes each one at the time you set.

Can Threads posts have images or carousels?

Yes. A post can be text only or include images, and two to twenty images become a carousel.

How long can a Threads post be?

500 characters. Brandlyre writes the Threads version of a post to fit, and you can edit it before scheduling.

Can I schedule a multi-post thread?

Not yet. Each scheduled post goes out on its own.

Does Brandlyre import my existing Threads posts?

Yes: up to a year of them, as many as 200. They appear on your calendar as published and help Brandlyre learn your voice.

Will I see likes and replies?

Not in Brandlyre yet. Reading them needs a Threads permission Brandlyre has not been granted, so check them in the Threads app for now.
